Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a Merchandise Compliance Administrator to join our team on a Fixed Term Basis. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that store planograms are effectively executed at store level, ultimately driving increased sales, and enhancing the in-store customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and implement store planograms for specified Incredible Connection and HiFi Corp stores in the Johannesburg/Pretoria regions.
• Ensure all SKUs are placed on pegs as per the planogram and displayed correctly.
• Maintain sufficient stock levels in stores to avoid out-of-stock situations.
• Verify that all SKUs are displayed accurately with the correct pricing, including promotional pricing.
• Oversee the appearance and functionality of display stands, ensuring they are well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Confirm that FAB (Feature, Advantage, Benefit) cards are correctly placed and visible on relevant display stands.
• Conduct regular store visits to audit compliance and address any deviations from the planogram.
• Collaborate with store teams to resolve compliance-related challenges and maintain merchandising standards.
