About Your Team

You’ll report directly to the Section Manager or Construction Manager and indirectly to the Project Manager. You’ll lead a team of Foremen and coordinate closely with Project Engineers, QA/QC, HSE, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless site execution. Our construction teams are collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on delivering quality work safely and efficiently.

Your Role

As a Site Superintendent, you will:

• Ensure all site works meet contract specifications, consultant directives, and local authority requirements.
• Coordinate material submittals, drawing issuance, and maintain live registers for audit readiness.
• Enforce HSE and QA/QC compliance through method statements, risk assessments, and inspections.
• Track long-lead items, verify deliveries, and escalate delays that may impact the programme.
• Manage drawing control, issue revisions, and maintain accurate records of site changes.
• Record labour productivity, delays, and constraints; submit weekly reports to senior management.
• Support testing, commissioning, and close-out documentation in line with project requirements.

This role is full-time and follows a Monday to Saturday work week, typical for project-based positions in our industry.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in site supervision within the construction industry.
• Qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience.

Knowledge & Expertise:

• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and QA/QC standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Leadership and coordination skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Desirable Skills:

• Awareness of cost control and commercial processes.
• Familiarity with planning and site platforms (Primavera P6, Procore, Aconex).
• Exposure to BIM viewers or Power BI dashboards.
