Position: MEP Site Superintendent

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (with interview visits in Johannesburg and Cape Town)

Are you a hands-on construction leader with a passion for quality, safety, and delivery excellence? Join ALEC Construction, part of the ALEC Group, as a Site Superintendent for an upcoming iconic project in Abu Dhabi.

Role Overview

As a Site Superintendent, you will:

1. Ensure all site works meet contract specifications, directives, and local authority requirements.
2. Coordinate material submissions, drawings, and maintain audit-ready registers.
3. Enforce HSE and QA/QC standards through method statements, risk assessments, and inspections.
4. Track long-lead items, verify deliveries, and escalate delays.
5. Manage drawing control, issue revisions, and record site changes.
6. Record productivity, delays, and constraints; submit weekly reports.
7. Support testing, commissioning, and close-out documentation.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Saturday, aligned with industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years in site supervision within construction.
• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, QA/QC standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Primavera P6, Procore, Aconex, BIM viewers, Power BI.
• Leadership, coordination skills, proactive problem-solving, cost awareness.
