Section Manager – UAE (Abu Dhabi Mega-Project)

About Your Team

You’ll report directly to the Construction Manager and work alongside a talented team of engineers and foremen to deliver MEP systems that meet and exceed international standards. Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to operational excellence.

Your Role

As a Section Manager, you will:

• Oversee MEP installation works for a designated area, ensuring delivery within programme and cost constraints.
• Drive productivity and quality, enforcing HSE and QA/QC standards.
• Manage daily operations, from issuing installation plans to tracking material deliveries and subcontractor coordination.
• Monitor and report on team performance, using data to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate on testing, commissioning, and warranty schedules.
• Provide regular updates to the Construction Manager on progress and risk mitigation.

This is a full-time role, operating Monday to Saturday to align with project schedules in the region.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 5+ years in MEP construction, including 2–3 years in a senior UAE role.
• Proven expertise in managing technical, commercial, and HSE deliverables.

Knowledge

• Familiarity with local UAE regulations.
• Data-driven reporting and BIM-enabled tools (preferred).

Skills

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (or NVQ equivalent).
