A permanent part-time position has arisen within the Mental Health Services administration team based at New Craigs Hospital for an appropriately qualified, highly motivated, and enthusiastic individual who will deliver a quality secretarial service. The successful candidate should have a sound knowledge of office procedures, the ability to work accurately under pressure, attention to detail, and the ability to work co-operatively within a team.
The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Consultant and their clinical team, transcribing letters using the Winscribe dictation system, and managing patient enquiries in a pleasant and helpful manner. A high degree of speed and accuracy, excellent organisational skills, and flexibility are essential.
