Salesworx Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking a field-based sales professional for vascular and MedSurg products in the George region. You will manage existing accounts, grow new business, conduct product demonstrations, and meet monthly and quarterly targets.

You\'ll work closely with Clinical staff, coordinate with Marketing, and maintain CRM records. Travel across SA is expected; knowledge of SA medical suppliers and regulatory compliance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: Grade 12 with a relevant degree or diploma advantageous.
• Experience in medical sales, preferably Endoscopy, Urology, or Vascular segments.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems; strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sell vascular and MedSurg products within the territory and grow revenue.
• Schedule and attend appointments with customers and prospects.
• Demonstrate products to clinical personnel.
• Complete weekly planner and activity reports for the direct manager.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop relationships with new customers and manage existing accounts.
• Count and manage consignment, boot and short-term stock.
• Request and follow up on quotations.
• Record all activities on Force Manager CRM.
• Support marketing activities, workshops and conferences as needed.
• Gather customer requirements to ensure satisfaction and ROI.
