OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To support the SA Commercial Business in realizing the commercial strategy and achieving the annual targeted growth and revenue through successful new product introductions and maintenance of the current product portfolio in South Africa and the SADC region. This involves ensuring successful Marketing Authorization and variation approval from SAHPRA and other regulatory authorities within the committed timeframe.

To ensure Aspen Pharmacare’s SA product portfolio complies with relevant acts and guidelines to support and maintain registration in South Africa, fostering growth and sustainability within the legislative framework and company strategy.

The role also involves responsibility for compliance with Medical Information and Compliance requirements for the new product launch pipeline and existing portfolio, through the successful completion of activities according to the South African and SADC Regulatory plan.

Additional responsibilities include performing Medical Information and Compliance monitoring activities, supporting internal and external communication, and ensuring timely and compliant responses to inquiries and regulatory submissions.
