Job Title: NCHD (Non-Consultant Hospital Doctor) – Relocate to Ireland

Location: Hospitals Across Ireland (Various Specialties Available)

Salary: HSE Pay Scale – Based on Level and Experience

Are you a South African doctor looking to build your medical career in Ireland?

Medforce is recruiting NCHDs from South Africa across a range of specialties including Medicine, Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Paediatrics, Psychiatry, and Anaesthetics. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical care under consultant supervision within your assigned department
  • Participate in ward rounds, on-call rotas, and multidisciplinary meetings
  • Order and interpret investigations, initiate treatment, and document care plans
  • Ensure accurate and timely medical documentation
  • Contribute to teaching, audits, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Medical degree eligible for Irish Medical Council (IMC) registration
  • Minimum of 1 year post-internship clinical experience (preferably hospital-based)
