Job summary

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Medical Billing Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning claims processing and billing reconciliation.

You will keep patient billing accurate and up to date, follow up on claims and resolving billing queries, liaising with insurers and practices, and supporting month-end reporting while aligned with UK business hours. This is a full-time remote role with onboarding support.

Qualifications

• Experience with medical billing processes.
• Experience with billing or practice management software.
• Strong numerical accuracy.
• Experience following up on outstanding invoices or claims.
• Comfortable working UK business hours.

• Experience with UK healthcare or insurance billing codes
• Familiarity with Xero or Sage
• Experience in a healthcare administration role
