Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Medical Aid Advisor | Sales Consultant at TIMINTSU CONSULTING AGENCY located in Brits or Rustenburg. The role involves advising customers on medical aid options, handling sales inquiries, and providing information on medical affairs and market access.

Qualifications

• Medicine and Medical Education skills
• Research skills
• Market Access knowledge
• Experience in medical sales or advisory roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and consultations
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored medical aid plan recommendations
• Present, explain, and sell medical aid products from reputable providers
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and applications
• Stay up to date on product offerings, industry trends, and compliance standards
• Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or medical aid industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong consultative selling approach
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently
• Matric certificate (required); relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
• RE5 certification and/or experience in a regulated environment is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
