e-Merge IT Recruitment is seeking an Account Manager in Sandton to drive revenue through integrated radio, digital and experiential advertising solutions. You will prospect, network and close deals, while building strong client and agency relationships.

You will manage portfolios, proposals and campaigns from brief to delivery, aiming to consistently hit and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Formación

• Experience in media/agency sales (preferably 3-4 years).
• Strong track record in new business development and closing deals.
• Confident communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Resilience, persistence and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Strong client relationship-management skills.
• Proactive, self-starter mentality with a passion for winning and delivering results.
