Overview
FourthRev is looking for a Media Coordinator who will play a key role in shaping how learners experience our products by ensuring the creation and delivery of high-quality multimedia content. This role requires a balance of creative production skills, strong organisational and project management capability, and a forward-looking interest in applying AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and impact.
Responsibilities
- Content Development & Production Management: Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers (LXDs), marketing, and other internal teams to create engaging multimedia content that enriches the learning experience. Review, edit, and evaluate the accuracy, consistency, and quality of media assets, ensuring adherence to company brand and media production standards. Manage the end-to-end production process for video, audio, and digital content, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and brand alignment. Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers and freelancers, managing costs, quality, and delivery standards. Ensure media production complies with best practices in accessibility, inclusivity, and educational effectiveness.
- Project Management & Reporting: Define project timelines, deliverables, and resources in a multiproject environment, tracking progress to ensure work is delivered on time and within budget. Provide regular reports on media production status, highlighting areas of improvement and strategies for enhancing content offerings. Track and monitor production budgets within agreed allocations. Participate in content planning meetings, offering insight into production challenges, resource needs, and potential solutions. Maintain accurate documentation and an organised media asset library to ensure accessibility and reusability. Coordinate and oversee media development and filming activities, including those at partner locations in the UK.
- Continuous Improvement & Ad Hoc: Support ad hoc media-related requests from colleagues, ensuring fast turnaround and alignment with brand and production standards. Drive initiatives to improve media production quality, including developing and updating internal policies, standards, and procedures. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and adopt new tools, particularly AI-driven solutions, to enhance both efficiency and creativity. Contribute to building a scalable, future-ready media production framework that supports organisational growth.

- Video Production Editing - taking provided filming and sound recordings, and editing them post-production.
- Graphic Design & Motion Graphics - Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), plus Excel and PowerPoint.
- Audio Production - podcast creation, editing, and voiceover management.
- Basic Interactive/E-Learning Tools - e.g. HTML5, H5P.
- AI Tools for Media Production.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence favourable, but not essential.
