What You’ll Be Doing

As our Media Buyer, you'll manage and optimize paid traffic campaigns primarily across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. Your role is to drive leads, lower CPAs, and scale what works.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, launching, and scaling lead generation campaigns across Meta and Google Ads

  • A/B testing creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and placements

  • Constantly analyzing performance data to improve ROI, CPL, and lead quality

  • Working with our funnel and creative team to ensure messaging and targeting are aligned

  • Building reports and sharing key performance insights

  • Staying ahead of platform changes, trends, and best practices

What You’ll Need
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads (non-negotiable)

  • A proven track record of running lead gen or direct response campaigns at scale

  • Strong understanding of bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and attribution

  • Sharp analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions quickly

  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics

  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, remote-first team
