Job description

Role: Media Account Manager
Department: Media
Reporting to: Group Account Director
Location: Bucharest

Overview: The Media Account Manager ensures that client requirements are correctly translated into the strategy and implementation of integrated media communication campaigns, respecting contractual terms. S/he also maintains contact with the client and actively contributes to the provision of effective and innovative integrated media communication solutions ensuring their consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery so as to achieve the performance indicators agreed with the clients.

Your Impact:
  1. Strategic planning: agrees with the client agency objectives, is involved in team coordination, sets communication objectives for the client.
  2. Client account management: is responsible for maintaining a successful relationship with the client.
  3. New business: contributes to the agency's new business projects.
  4. Team management and team collaboration.
Your Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Media/Communications; OR equivalent professional work experience.
  2. + 3 years of account management experience.
  3. Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  7. Ability to multi-task, work successfully with teams, and work under pressure.
  8. Excellent time-management skills.
