A leading demand generation agency is calling on you to join their growing international team in Johannesburg as a Media Manager: Media Strategy (B2B Marketing). This is not your average media role.

You'll sit at the intersection of insight, innovation, and impact—helping to craft data-driven, multi-channel campaigns that reach the right people, at the right time, with the right message.

What You'll Do:
  1. Lead & inspire a talented team of media planners and strategists, while also managing key client RFPs and strategic projects.
  2. Architect best-in-class media plans for global campaigns, rooted in performance data, market trends, and audience behavior.
  3. Be the strategy voice in pre-sale conversations—partnering with Sales and Client Success teams to craft compelling proposals that align with client goals.
  4. Use insights to spark innovation—analyzing campaign results, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to refine and future-proof strategy.
  5. Connect the dots between product and performance—supporting operations leadership in launching new solutions and optimizing existing ones.
What We're Looking For:
  1. 5–7 years' experience in demand generation, media planning, or digital strategy, ideally in the B2B space.
  2. Deep knowledge of lead generation, content syndication, programmatic, and integrated campaigns.
  3. A strategic thinker with serious analytical skills—you see the story behind the numbers and use data to guide decisions.
  4. Comfortable managing multiple RFPs and projects in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
  5. A confident communicator and compelling storyteller who can turn insight into influence.
  6. Bonus points for experience with partner networks and tools like StackAdapt, DV, GA4, Bombora, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
