Job description

The MAM is the central contact person responsible for managing and driving all media-related aspects of the brands in his/her portfolio, including understanding the brands, providing strategic direction, monitoring KPIs and budgets, and ensuring effective campaign implementation and buying.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with respective brand client teams.
  2. Have a deep understanding of ABInBev's business and each brand within the portfolio.
  3. Manage the overall day-to-day media activity of the brands.
  4. Develop high-quality, innovative media strategies (traditional + digital) based on client briefs.
  5. Encourage collaboration with relevant Dentsu partner agencies, e.g., Dentsu Creative.
  6. Manage output across all Dentsu partner agencies and ensure seamless integration.
  7. Allocate budgets to campaigns/media platforms and monitor spending.
  8. Track and ensure KPIs are met.
  9. Brief media planners to compile campaign schedules upon strategy approval.
  10. Oversee schedule approvals and ensure accurate buying briefs.
  11. Conduct monthly flow plan checks and address over/underspends.
  12. Proactively present media ideas to brand teams.
  13. Evaluate media proposals and recommend suitable options to clients.
  14. Prepare insightful post-campaign reports with future recommendations.
  15. Drive competitive brand reviews in collaboration with the insights division, if required.
  16. Assist buyers in chasing creative materials when necessary.
  17. Communicate account status weekly to clients and internal teams.
  18. Support the BUD/Hub with portfolio information as needed.
  19. Assist the finance team in resolving invoice queries.
