This hands-on role involves troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and automated systems within the workshop. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC machinery and relevant qualifications like a Mechatronics diploma or a recognized trade test. Qualifications

• Proven experience in a hands-on industrial maintenance role.
• Ability to work at heights and safely perform overhead maintenance.
• Familiarity with safety regulations (OHS Act).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on mechanical and automated systems.
• Conduct maintenance and repair work on machinery.
• Collaborate with production and automation teams to minimize equipment downtime.

Skills

Strong mechanical and fault-finding skills

Teamwork and communication skills

Understanding of CNC machinery

Education

Diploma or equivalent technical qualification in Mechatronics

Recognized Trade Test / Red Seal (Millwright or Fitter and Turner)

Tools

Experience with FANUC, Siemens PLC, Peddinghaus, and Ficep systems
