Your primary responsibilities will involve analysing and resolving plant stoppages, maintaining equipment, and ensuring optimal performance of robotic systems. This position requires strong analytical skills, readiness to work overtime, and a commitment to safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in vehicle manufacturing maintenance or industrial technical environment.
• Prepared to undergo and successfully pass an appropriate assessment.
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and standby.

Responsibilities

• Control analysis on all plant stoppages and breakdowns.
• Track history and provide information on maintenance KPIs.
• Responsible for preventative and predictive maintenance activities.
• Assist maintenance personnel with breakdowns.
• Repair faulty equipment and parts to ensure availability.
• Resolve robotic electronic communication faults.
• Analyse and optimise equipment failures to meet quality requirements.
• Analyse PLC programs to resolve errors.
• Fault find, set up and program SEW drives.
• Modify and improve diagnostic software on HMI.
• Investigate production stoppages for root cause analysis.
• Contact suppliers for complex equipment solutions.
• Document all maintenance activities and breakdowns.
• Conduct root cause analysis after all breakdowns.
• Ensure robot safety circuits meet safety standards.
• Download robot and PLC program backups.
