Duties & Responsibilities

Your mission :

1. Supervise all aspects of the team's health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
2. Ensure cost-effective team operations by allocating resources, prioritizing work, and maximizing plant availability.
3. Foster and maintain customer and supplier relations.
4. Implement team KPIs aligned with the departmental plan.
5. Provide technical team support in shared maintenance activities.
6. Allocate team resources to areas where required to ensure optimum availability and efficiency of equipment.
7. Deliver weekly and monthly maintenance team reports.
8. Supervise the CMS workshop team effectively.

Your profile :

• Matric plus N4 (Supervisory Management)
• Mechanical Trade Certificate
• National Diploma (Pulp & Paper) advantageous
• 5 years experience in a heavy industry environment
• 1-2 years leadership experience would be advantageous
• Experience within the Pulp & Paper industry and relevant equipment would be advantageous
• Experience with paper machine and paper machine roll maintenance would be advantageous
