• Support machine installation, commissioning, and breakdown/fault-finding
• Take part in structured on-the-job training and formal learnership assessments
• Work closely with fitters, artisans, electricians, engineers, programmers and production staff
• Follow safe work practices and keep your work area organised

Problem Solver and Technical Thinker

We are looking for people to join our engineering team through a Mechanical Fitter Learnership.

This programme is for people who are hands-on, curious about how machines work, and want to build a real trade. As a learner mechanical fitter, you’ll work alongside experienced fitters and engineers to assemble, install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery — skills used every day by:

• Production teams to keep machines running
• Engineers and technicians during machine builds, installs, and commissioning
• Maintenance teams to keep equipment safe and reliable

Previous mechanical or workshop experience is advantageous but not essential.

What You’ll Do
