Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in power generation or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and heat transfer.
• Experience with rotating equipment such as turbines and generators is advantageous.
• Proficiency with CAD software and mechanical design tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems for power generation facilities, including turbines, pumps, and piping.
• Conduct performance analysis and diagnostics on mechanical equipment to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of plant machinery.
• Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for mechanical components and systems.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of new mechanical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
