• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate across disciplines.

• Provide detailed reports on repair jobs, including material consumption, tool usage, man-hours, and equipment history.
• Take appropriate actions during mechanical incidents.
