Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in mechanical design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience with automotive design requirements and regulations.
• Deep expertise in CAD/CAE tools (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, ANSYS).
• Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
