This role involves the design, development, and improvement of robust machinery and equipment used across various industries. You will work on projects from conception through to implementation, collaborating with manufacturing, R&D, and sales teams. This hybrid position allows for both essential on-site collaboration and focused remote work, offering flexibility and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components for industrial equipment using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor).
• Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings, including specifications and Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, production staff, and project managers, to ensure design feasibility and integration.
• Perform engineering calculations and simulations (e.g., stress analysis, thermal analysis) to validate designs.
• Specify materials, components, and manufacturing processes for equipment production.
• Support the manufacturing team during the build process, troubleshooting any design-related issues.
• Contribute to the improvement and optimization of existing equipment designs.
• Conduct research on new technologies and materials to enhance product performance and reduce costs.

Requirements
