Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, and assembly instructions using specialized CAD software.
• Perform rigorous engineering analysis, including structural integrity (FEA), vibration, and thermal analysis.
• Collaborate closely with aerospace systems engineers, materials specialists, and manufacturing teams.
• Support prototype development, testing, and validation of flight hardware and related systems.
• Ensure designs meet stringent aerospace standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• 5+ years of professional experience in aerospace mechanical design.
• Proficiency with aerospace-grade CAD software (e.g., CATIA, Siemens NX) and FEA tools.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control.
• Experience with DFMEA, GD&T, and configuration management.
• Excellent technical communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote engineering environment .
