Job description

Reporting to Mechanical Supervisor, the Mechanical Apprentice is responsible for executing planned and reactive maintenance on Mechanical assets and equipment (e.g. HVAC, bridges, pump station, control panels, lifts, escalators, building management systems etc.). They are responsible for executing all maintenance-related activities and have to work closely with the Mechanical Supervisor and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that all concerns or queries are timeously and professionally resolved. This includes a key focus on delivering excellent customer service and communication. In collaboration with the Mechanical Supervisor, they must oversee and control all external Service Providers and Suppliers. In addition, they will occasionally be required to assist with ad-hoc or special projects.
