Job summary

A social housing company in East London is seeking a Mechanical & Electrical Manager to oversee maintenance operations.   • Monitor, control, and report on contract spend and chargeable jobs across all contract works.
  • Contribute to creating a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation, as well as engineering and customer standards.
  • Ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) is scheduled and executed according to contract specifications.
  • Meet KPIs across the contract.
  • Collaborate with planning and procurement teams to order and install correct parts with minimal disruption to clients and residents.
