Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ diesel mechanic’s experience.
• Valid driver's license (code 10 is advantageous).
• Experience with Toyota Dyna’s, Hino 300’s, Hilux D4D’s, Nissan MP200’s is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild diesel and petrol engines for various vehicles.
• Perform day-to-day maintenance on vehicles.
• Compile paperwork for each vehicle.

Job description

The above position is vacant at our Wit Rivier/White River Branch. The overall purpose of this position is to repair the company vehicles when needed.

1. Clear criminal record
2. Qualified – Trade certificate in diesel/petrol mechanics to work on various vehicles
3. At least 5 years’ diesel mechanic’s experience
4. Experience with Toyota Dyna’s; Hino 300’s; Hilux D4D’s; Nissan MP200’s is an advantage
5. Valid drivers’ license (code 10 is advantageous)
6. Own transport is advantageous
7. Able to work under pressure, unsupervised, and multitask
8. Must be prepared to work irregular hours, including standby duties, shifts, and overtime
9. Physically fit

Job Specification
