Senior FP& A Analyst for the MEA business, partnering with the SSA / MEA Commercial Team and driving commercial financial performance across SSA / MEA markets and customers. Responsibility to lead, challenge and influence commercial planning, analysis, and key strategic decisions to ensure results delivery in both current year and 3-year SBP timeframe.

In this role, you will :

Co-pilot and P&L ownership for MEA business alongside MEA Finance Lead and Commercial Leads

Ownership of top-line and bottom-line forecast and commercial analysis to support strategy execution, strengthen in-market performance and improve overall decision making to deliver both top line growth and margin improvement

Financial leadership across commercial finance including Revenue Management, Innovation & Portfolio Management, Investment ROI (A&P and Capex)

Collaborate across Finance function with Finance Lead, Delivered Cost, Controllership, Global Business Services, MID with a “CFO mindset” for business to improve processes

To succeed in this role, you will need the following :

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Accounting qualified (CIMA preferred) with 7+ years professional experience in Commercial Finance

At least 3 years in positions with increased responsibility for results delivery and commercial finance and decision making.

FMCG experience with strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of retail environments, experience in strategy development, revenue management, solving complex problems, decision making

Strong data management skills, attention to detail / accuracy and proven capability to lead, prioritize and deliver high-quality output under time pressure

Proven ability to lead, challenge and influence across functional boundaries – at senior levels of the organization – and deliver results

Clear and compelling communication – both written and verbal.
