Requirements

1. Grade 12.
2. Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
3. Own reliable laptop.
4. Previous recruitment training or similar experience is an advantage.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (home language).
6. Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant and/or sales experience is ESSENTIAL.
7. Ability to manage new and existing clients.
8. Ability to reach monthly targets.
9. Enjoy telemarketing and daily cold calling.
10. Experience in placing adverts, interviewing candidates, completing reference checks, and setting up interviews.
11. Ability to meet with clients, build, and retain relationships.
12. Meticulous attention to detail and a sense of urgency in work.
13. Professional, well-spoken, well-groomed, outgoing, and confident.
14. Self-motivated, persistent, and hardworking.
15. Previous experience in recruitment and/or sales in Pietermaritzburg / Durban area is preferred.
16. Must have a home office setup.

Salary
