Key Responsibilities

Make regular outbound calls to existing customers to promote new, backlist and promotional items to customer base through communication channels (telephone calls, Zoom/Teams, e-mail).
Reach monthly and annual sales targets and identify opportunities for sales growth.
Have up to date knowledge and understanding of new releases and top-sellers.
Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities.
Provide product information, including price, availability, and key selling points to customers.
Explain and demonstrate features of products and answer customers’ questions on the products.
Upsell products and recommend alternative products.
Assist customers with replenishment orders and recommendations.
Manage returns from customers.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Stay abreast of product and service information.
Participate in conferences and trade events.
Report weekly on all sales activities, product feedback, competitor information and sales opportunities.
