Ce rôle nécessite d'excellentes compétences en communication et une capacité à organiser efficacement plusieurs tâches.
Duties & Responsibilities
Generate daily customer reports and prepare contact information.
Call customers to update their information and relay company or marketing updates.
Perform database updates based on completed calls.
Respond to customer queries and provide support via email, WhatsApp and telephonically.
Coordinate with branch staff to manage and follow up on customer inquiries.
Address and resolve any customer complaints and requests.
Distribute promotions and specials through customers' preferred communication channels.
Update debtor records for company changes.
Compile lists for email marketing campaigns.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in grammar and writing.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent organizational skills.
