Inspired is seeking a passionate and skilled IEB Geography teacher to join our college team starting 1st January on a permanent basis.

The teacher will report to the Deputy Head and be responsible for leading Geography education across Grades 8-12.

Key Responsibilities :

• Be an active contributor within a dynamic team.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver IEB Geography lessons effectively.
• Create a nurturing environment that promotes deep learning.
• Provide community service and behave professionally.
• Evaluate, reflect, and refine teaching practices regularly.
• Pursue ongoing professional development.
• Teach extra lessons when required, on two afternoons per week.
• Participate in the afternoon program for at least two afternoons weekly.
• Respond to emails and messages within 24 hours.
• Exemplify qualities of care, effort, and kindness.
• Attend all relevant school events.
• Meet all deadlines for action.
• Act as a Tutor, providing pastoral care for a group of students.
• Set and mark assessments and evaluations.
• Write informative report comments.
• Undertake other reasonable tasks as determined by the School Head / Deputy Head.
