Job summary

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is hiring an entry-level Math Analyst to support testing and analysis of casino games at our Midrand, South Africa office. You will work with engineering to develop and validate math models, RNG analyses, and data-driven testing.

The role targets graduates with a math background who can apply probability, statistics, and programming to real-world game analysis and reporting. On-site hours are standard, with benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or closely related discipline.
• Associates degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience may be considered; other credentials evaluated in lieu of formal education.
• Must have knowledge of Probability, Statistics, and Combinatorics.

Responsibilities

• Testing and Math Analysis: write programs and analyses for game features.
• Manipulating data files and formats for testing.
• Conducting and interpreting statistical tests on simulation and RNG data.
• Read and interpret jurisdictional requirements for interpretation.
