Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect / Software Architect in complex environments.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Proficient in integration patterns (APIs, event-driven architectures).
• Experience in security, performance, and scalability design.
• Proven ability to balance strategic vision with practical delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise and solution architectures across multiple platforms and domains.
• Design scalable, reliable, secure, and maintainable system architectures.
• Establish and enforce technical standards, architecture principles, and governance frameworks.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide guidance across delivery teams.
• Make high-level architectural decisions on technology stacks, frameworks, and integration patterns.
• Guide engineering teams during implementation and resolve complex technical issues.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their relevance to business objectives.
• Drive technology roadmaps, modernisation initiatives, and long-term architectural vision.
• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Mentor senior engineers and architects, raising overall architectural maturity.
