Purpose

The Master Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the organisation's Master Data (MD) in Southern Africa. The role involves ensuring adherence to MD processes, governance, integrity, and security, as well as supporting various business functions with data queries, issue resolution, and maintaining a single source of MD.

Key Performance Areas

• Master Data Governance: Collaborate with the business to adhere to design, policies, guidelines, and procedures. Support the Master Data Manager in developing standards and conduct governance audits.
• Master Data Management: Review policies for all MD types, contribute to process improvements, and guide MD operations and validation teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor and report on data quality, driving ongoing enhancements.

A Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Information Services, or related discipline is required. Knowledge of FMCG, supply chain principles, and SAP systems is essential.
