Impact HR is seeking a skilled Blockman for our East London, Balfour Park butcher shop. You will cut and prepare meat products for customers, using knives and meat cutting equipment to portion, trim, and grind various cuts.

Applicants should have knowledge of meat cuts, strong knife skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following food safety and sanitation guidelines. Lifting heavy trays and customer service may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a butcher shop or meat department preferred.
• Knowledge of different meat cuts and preparation techniques.
• Strong knife skills and the ability to safely operate meat cutting equipment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
