Overview

The Elms Hotel & Spa is seeking a dedicated and passionate Part-Time Massage Therapist to join our wellness team.

You will provide exceptional massage services that offer guests a luxurious, rejuvenating experience.

If you are a licensed massage therapist in good standing in Missouri, passionate about wellness and customer service, and enjoy a flexible schedule, we would love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports, hot stone) tailored to guests' needs.
• Create a professional, relaxing, and welcoming environment for all guests.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Ensure all equipment, linens, and work areas are clean, sanitized, and maintained.
• Collaborate with spa team members for seamless guest experiences.
• Adhere to safety, health, and hygiene standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for.
• Show willingness to learn and expand expertise in specialty modalities.

Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

Schedule

Flexible, weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Missouri Massage License in good standing.
• Proven experience as a massage therapist, preferably in a spa or hotel setting.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of anatomy, massage techniques, and bodywork principles.
• Willingness to learn new skills and specialty modalities.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work effectively in a team in a fast-paced environment.
