Job Opportunity: Massage Therapist

We have a great opportunity for a passionate massage therapist at our beautiful spa. We are looking for qualified professionals who engage in the best wellness therapies and massage treatments for our clients. You will offer a full range of treatments to meet different client needs and objectives.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the spa industry.
• Certificate of qualifications to be submitted with CV.
• The ability to perform various massages, such as deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, etc.
• Excellent physical stamina and strength.
• Great organization skills.
• Multi-skills (manicure and pedicure treatments).
• Experience in sales will be considered an asset.
• Excellent knowledge of English language.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, manicure/pedicure) safely and comfortably.
• Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products.
• Keep the treatment room clean and stocked.
• Acknowledge and respond to customer queries, needs, and expectations.
• Suggest and promote retail products or additional services.
• Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations.
• Report any issues to management.
• Apply best practices and stay updated with market trends.
• Locate painful or tense areas and provide appropriate treatments.
• Ensure clients do not experience pain or discomfort during sessions.
• Make clients feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the session.
• Prepare massage oils, lotions, linens, towels, and pillows before sessions.
