Job Description

Quality of Work

1. Knowledge of work & systems including diagnostics.
2. Ordering correct parts first time round to complete job.
3. Loading and closing of quality DTAC's 100%.
4. Comebacks less than 3% of own total labour sales.
5. Productivity at 100% and efficiency 85%.
6. Charge to total percentage = 85% - Carry out all DLM's and courses assigned timeously.
7. Adhere to company SOP’s.
8. Comply with Company minimum tool requirements.
9. Completion of job cards within 24 hours.
10. Accurate completion of daily reports and technician diary.
11. Ensure customer satisfaction is at 100% and all queries are attended to timeously.
12. Ensure proper communication regarding jobs in progress.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Matric-National Senior Certificate- Grade 12 N2
2. Occupational Health and Safety Skills
3. Computer Skills
4. Communication Skills
5. Practical Skills
6. Problem Solving Skills
7. Supervisory Skills

Time Management

Skills Experience: Must be able to work on advanced construction and forestry machinery and equipment.

Excellent Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical components of forestry machinery and equipment.

Working Knowledge of Vehicle Diagnostics Systems and Methods. Driver's License Code 8.
