Mascor is currently seeking a Senior Sales Executive in the Agricultural division. The role involves identifying new business prospects and selling products across all market segments.

This position requires maintaining relationships with current customers and building new ones, utilizing advanced knowledge of agricultural products with a focus on excellent customer service.

Responsibilities :
  1. Drive sales by expanding existing client accounts.
  2. Generate new business opportunities.
  3. Develop lead generation strategies and implement them effectively.
  4. Perform all aspects of selling and deal closing.
  5. Complete all required documentation promptly.
  6. Achieve or surpass targeted number of new commercial calls per month within a designated territory.
  7. Generate new sales through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  8. Maintain quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  9. Implement marketing plans as required.
  10. Meet sales and unit targets within budget.
  11. Follow established processes and timelines.
  12. Stay updated on new product developments.
  13. Participate in year-round demonstration programs.
Customer Satisfaction :
  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  2. Maintain an overall Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) above 85%.
  3. Follow up after sales contacts.

Develop new relationships within the agricultural community.

Requirements :
  • Qualifications : Minimum 3-year Diploma in Sales and/or Marketing.
  • Ideal : Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing.
  • Experience : Proven experience with high-tech machinery and specialized equipment.
  • Experience in sales and marketing within the agriculture sector.
