Mascor is a company consisting of franchised Automotive, agricultural mechanisation, construction, forestry, and fuel.

With more than 50 years in the industry, we offer prestige brands such as John Deere, Toyota, and Warath, while our highly skilled staff provide professional and high-quality service and standards of workmanship.

Mascor is currently seeking a Senior Sales Executive in the Agricultural division. This role involves identifying new business prospects and selling products across all market segments.

The position requires maintaining relationships with current customers and building new ones, utilizing advanced knowledge of agricultural products, with a focus on excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales
  2. Drive sales by growing existing client accounts.
  3. Generate new business opportunities.
  4. Develop lead generation strategies and implement them effectively.
  5. Perform all aspects of selling and closing deals.
  6. Complete all required documentation promptly.
  7. Achieve or surpass targeted number of new commercial calls per month within the assigned territory.
  8. Generate sales through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  9. Maintain sales quotas for each quarter and year.
  10. Execute marketing plans as required.
  11. Meet budgeted unit and sales targets.
  12. Adhere to processes and timelines.
  13. Stay updated on new product knowledge.
  14. Execute demonstration programs throughout the year.

Customer Satisfaction:

  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  2. Maintain an overall Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) of over 85%.
  3. Follow up after sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Develop new relationships within the agricultural community.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum: 3-year Diploma in Sales and/or Marketing.
  • Ideal: Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing.

Experience:

  • Proven experience with high-tech machinery and specialized equipment.
  • Extensive sales and marketing experience in the agriculture sector.
  • Valid driver's license.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong track record of accomplishments and promotions in agriculture sales.
  • Personable with the ability to build relationships quickly.
