Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software License Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on onboarding new vendors into the AWS and Azure marketplaces, as well as managing the onboarding process for long-tail software vendors. The ideal candidate will excel in vendor engagement, sales, and delivering impactful presentations to customers, ensuring a seamless integration and alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Onboarding:
    • Facilitate the onboarding of new vendors into AWS and Azure marketplaces.
    • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for long-tail software vendors
    • Collaborate with vendors to address commercial and operational challenges during onboarding.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue sales opportunities with new and existing vendors.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to drive business growth.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Customer Engagement and Presentations:
    • Deliver compelling presentations to customers, showcasing the value of our business and vendor offerings.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing insights and recommendations on software solutions.
    • Gather customer feedback to improve vendor offerings and marketplace processes.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure successful vendor onboarding and customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on vendor onboarding progress, sales performance, and customer engagement metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in software licensing, vendor management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure marketplaces.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Sales acumen with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
