Job summary

Syntech is seeking a Marketing Traffic Manager to coordinate briefs, deadlines and resources across the marketing team. You will establish consistent briefing standards and maintain a consolidated calendar to track brand activity, vendor campaigns, and promotions.

You will forecast capacity, manage workload priorities, and work with stakeholders to clarify requirements, ensuring briefs enter the workflow with the information needed for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating briefs and deadlines across marketing teams.
• Ability to forecast capacity and prioritise workload.
• Proven track record in creating structure and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate briefs across Marketing, Channel Sales, Ecommerce and Product to ensure required information is included.
• Own and maintain a consolidated marketing calendar and visibility of activity.
• Provide regular capacity forecasting and help prioritise workload and deadlines.
• Clarify requirements with stakeholders and ensure briefs progress smoothly.
