Who You Are
You're an experienced marketer with a strong foundation in Klaviyo, email strategy, and performance-driven content. You’re not just a planner, you’re a doer. You can jump on client calls with clarity, think strategically, and translate brand goals into high-impact retention marketing systems. You care about results, but you also care about relationships with your team and your clients.
What You’ll Do
- Develop detailed email marketing strategy for e-commerce clients across industries like beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle, and more.
- Develop and optimize flows (automations), campaign calendars, and segmentation strategies.
- Lead content strategy for email and SMS marketing, ensuring messaging aligns with each client’s brand voice and revenue goals.
- Translate high-level goals into actionable roadmaps for the design and copy team to execute.
- Recommend and oversee A/B tests for subject lines, CTAs, creative, segmentation, and send times.
- Serve as the main point of contact for your clients.
- Lead monthly calls, present performance reports, and clearly communicate strategy pivots or wins.
- Proactively offer insights and ideas based on data, seasonality, and e-commerce trends.
Prepare monthly performance reports and insights on email/SMS KPIs.
- Audit and refine flows and campaigns regularly to boost performance.
- Analyze click heatmaps, conversion data, and engagement trends to improve future sends.
Work closely with our copywriters, designers, and paid media team to align messaging across touchpoints.
- Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, Klaviyo features, and retention marketing best practices.
- Contribute to internal processes and share learnings to help the entire team grow.
