Main Outcomes
- Increase our organic search visibility and website traffic through strategic SEO implementation
- Improve site engagement and conversion rates by optimising user experience
- Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all website content
- Maintain a proactive approach to tracking competitor activity and market trends
- Translate analytics into action to refine SEO and content strategy
- Support the Marketing team in achieving member acquisition and retention goals through website optimisation
Key Responsibilities
- Create a 12-month SEO and content publishing calendar to guide campaign roll-outs
- Collaborate with web development partners to ensure hosting, updates, and technical fixes are executed efficiently
- Conduct routine site audits and implement technical updates to maintain SEO best practices
- Ensure visual elements for the site are sourced, optimised, and compliant with brand standards
- Optimise page titles, descriptions, and image tags so search engines can easily understand and rank our content
- Assist in testing different versions of web pages to determine what content or layout drives better engagement and conversions
- Share responsibility for weekend and public holiday social moderation as part of the team
- Stay informed about legal requirements and policy changes affecting web presence and communications
Knowledge and Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a strong SEO execution and strategy background
- Proven ability to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings
- Solid knowledge of UX, landing page optimisation, and digital funnels
- Strong analytical skills with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress preferred)
- Basic design and video editing experience (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut)
