Job description

About the Marketing Specialist Position :

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for executing marketing and brand activities to support the delivery of marketing plans, objectives, and the overall strategic direction of the company.

Marketing Specialist responsibilities include :

Regional Marketing Support

  • Roll out of the regional marketing strategy
  • Support regional team leaders in executing campaigns that drive revenue
  • Facilitate regional sponsorships to support lead generation and stakeholder engagement
  • Assist regions with campaign execution (email, SMS, social media, etc.) to support consultant performance
  • Coordinate supplier relations between marketing and regional teams for quality material procurement
  • Manage and distribute promotional items for business-as-usual (BAU), crunch time, and events
  • Monitor branding collateral inventory
  • Coordinate and manage regional activations, roadshows, and events
  • Manage CRM for lead generation and customer service optimisation

Brand

  • Coordinate and administer brand awareness campaigns and events
  • Oversee brand presentation and setup for events, launches, roundtables, stakeholder engagements, and golf days
  • Facilitate regional branding exercises
  • Ensure agency outputs align with corporate identity (CI)
  • Assist in writing briefs for agencies and content when required
  • Coordinate marketing collateral production and maintain quality control
  • Implement corporate branding across signage, apparel, advertising, and sponsorships

Public Relations (PR)

  • Handle media requests and coordinate with PR agency
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on initiatives that build brand equity

Events

  • Support regional and national events, roundtables, and exhibitions from planning to execution
  • Delegate event tasks to the team (e.g., PR briefs, social media updates, internal communications)
  • Maintain and circulate an events calendar to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Work with internal departments to execute brand and culture initiatives
  • Assist in identifying speaking opportunities at relevant industry events

Internal Communications

  • Draft and facilitate internal communications
  • Ensure consistent application of corporate identity across communication activities
  • Distribute corporate documents (presentations, proposals, banners, email signatures)
  • Coordinate employee communication efforts
  • Assist in producing content for both print and digital channels, including editing written material as required

Admin & Analytics

  • Share and enforce marketing policies and briefing processes
  • Report on campaign performance and regional marketing activities
  • Maintain and update marketing files and databases (e.g., industry research)
  • Manage the departmental and regional marketing calendars
  • Maintain timelines and systems for smooth workflow across the marketing team
  • Manage stock control and delivery of marketing materials
  • Handle all CSI-related administration and marketing support
  • Compile marketing budgets, reports, and analytics
  • Organise presentations, customer visits, and promotional activities
  • Facilitate market research and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
