The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing influencer-led campaigns that elevate brand visibility, drive revenue-oriented engagement, and position key individuals as trusted voices in financial well-being. This role bridges content creation, strategic marketing, and campaign performance to ensure that influencer / thought leadership activities contribute directly to the Group’s growth and positioning objectives.
Responsibilities
Processes:
- Develop and implement influencer / thought leadership marketing strategies across different marketing channels to achieve the Group’s brand objectives that ultimately contribute to revenue generation.
- Manage personal brands and outputs of influencers and thought leaders.
- Plan and oversee influence-driven events that align with Efficient Group’s marketing objectives.
- Execute innovative campaigns that align with the Group’s overall marketing goals and values.
- Ensure influencer / thought leadership content adheres to the Group’s brand guidelines and values by overseeing the creation of their content.
- Manage the influencer’s diary and media schedule.
- Align campaigns with advisor-led initiatives of sales specialists.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure campaigns meet all regulatory requirements.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and ROI, and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
People:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers/thought leaders, agencies, and other relevant parties.
- Act as the primary liaison between influencers/thought leaders and the Group to provide guidance, feedback, and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams, amongst others, the sales and marketing teams, to ensure alignment and consistency across various Group campaigns.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the Group’s marketing team.
Technology:
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track and measure the success of influencer/thought leadership campaigns.
- Leverage digital tools to identify and vet potential influencers/thought leaders for campaigns.
- Stay up to date with advancements in influencer marketing platforms and technologies to enhance campaign execution.
- Ensure seamless integration of influencer/thought leadership campaigns across the Group’s digital channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in thought leadership/influencer marketing or social media management, ideally within the financial services industry.
- Experience managing budgets, contracts, and campaigns.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), Adobe Suite will be advantageous.
- Experience in planning and execution.
- Experience in planning branding strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts.
