Role Overview

The primary responsibility of the Marketing Specialist is to coordinate and implement innovative marketing campaigns for branding and product launches. Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies, working closely with the Social Media and internal design/copywriting teams, especially within an acceleration unit where these teams overlap daily.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, habits, and trends.
  2. Brainstorm and develop creative marketing campaign ideas.
  3. Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities, including content development, optimization, advertising, and event planning.
  4. Evaluate marketing campaign performance using key metrics and provide recommendations.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  6. Engage in social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry topics.
  7. Monitor and respond to activity on corporate website and social media pages.
  8. Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams.
