Job description

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and community engagement for Strove's digital wellbeing platform.

You'll play a key role in attracting corporate clients and partners and engaging members through strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives. Your core responsibilities will be to:

  1. Marketing & Campaign Management: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine our positioning in the digital health and wellbeing space. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and member engagement. Optimise campaigns based on conversion rates, engagement metrics, and sales pipeline impact. Leverage marketing automation tools to improve campaign effectiveness.
  2. Copywriting & Content Creation: Write engaging and SEO-optimised copy for website, social media, case studies, and press releases. Develop client reports and thought leadership content to support sales and client engagement. Create persuasive sales enablement materials to assist the sales team in converting leads. Write email sequences and nurture campaigns that move leads through the funnel.
  3. Social Media Management: Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads) for lead generation. Manage and grow our LinkedIn and Instagram presence through engaging content. Analyse social media performance, optimise strategies, and report on insights.
  4. Member Engagement and Events: Develop and execute member engagement campaigns to boost platform usage and brand loyalty. Organise community events and industry panels to position Strove as a thought leader. Assist in securing event and prize sponsorships from brand partners. Represent the company at external wellness and networking events. Assist in awards applications.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to develop high-converting lead-gen campaigns. Partner with Client Success to enhance member activation and retention. Collaborate with Design to ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business (or equivalent experience).
  2. 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  3. Proven experience in marketing, copywriting, social media management, and content creation.
  4. Strong copywriting, content creation, and SEO optimisation skills.
  5. Experience with CRM & marketing automation tools.
  6. Knowledge of paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
  7. Ability to analyse marketing analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
